The accumulation of small acts of kindness are what make Diamond Bar strong.
As someone who was raised in Diamond Bar, I have seen our community grow from a small unincorporated area into the wonderful, diverse city it is today.
I believe our city should have leaders who are thoughtful, accessible and responsive. My priority is to hear what Diamond Bar residents have to say, to make sure that every voice is heard, and to better involve people in the decision-making process. Our diversity is a strength and by working together we make our community stronger.
Our businesses are hurting, and they need our support now more than ever. Together we can play an important role in their success. By building a community of support so we can encourage growth and prosperity in Diamond Bar.
I want to protect our precious land, as it is an important character of our city. It is a reminder of our history and an irreplaceable resource that should be protected for generations to come. The Tres Hermanos Ranch and the Puente-Chino Hills Wildlife Corridor continues to need our support to ensure they are protected.
Diamond Bar was named as the 36th safest city in California for 2020. I want to build on this by expanding on the strong partnership we have with our first responders, supporting neighborhood efforts to reduce crime, and partnering more closely with additional County services.
I am a proud public servant of Diamond Bar. This campaign is about providing leadership that Diamond Bar deserves.
